You already know that staging works and how it can help both the
client, and yourself, get more money and/or sell faster. I
will tactfully help them with the process, all you have to do is
give me a time frame and choose the service you think your
clients need. You can then choose to let the client foot the
bill, or you can take care of it
yourself as an incentive for them to sign with you.
